Carl Edouard Saint Remy is a dedicated professional whose background in both engineering and diplomacy shapes a practical, solution-driven approach to leadership, public service, and innovation. His early training in engineering helped develop strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, which continue to guide the way he approaches complex challenges, navigates institutional environments, and turns ideas into effective, workable solutions.

For over thirteen years, Mr. Saint Remy has served the Republic of Haiti with commitment and integrity. He began his diplomatic career at the Haitian Consulate in Santiago, Dominican Republic, first as Vice-Consul from 2012 to 2014, and later as Consul from 2014 to 2019. He went on to serve as Head of Post in Guadeloupe before being appointed Consul General. In 2024, he was appointed Consul of the Republic of Haiti to Curaçao, continuing his work in representing Haiti while supporting and advocating for Haitian communities abroad. Throughout his service, he has been known for his strong cross-cultural engagement, and steady, people centered leadership.

Alongside his diplomatic work, Mr. Saint Remy has always maintained an entrepreneurial mindset. Entrepreneurship has been a consistent part of his journey, expressed through creative projects, new ideas, and service focused initiatives. This builder’s spirit naturally complements his public service, allowing him to connect institutional goals with innovative and practical solutions.

For the past four years, Mr. Saint Remy and his wife ,after their certification, have  been serving as relationship coaches. Through this shared mission, they support single individuals, couples, and families by offering guidance, coaching, and structured group programs. Their work focuses on strengthening communication, values, and long term commitment, reflecting a belief that healthy relationships are essential to strong families and thriving communities.
